I find it difficult to configure the plugin PayPal Pro. I used the API, provided to me by PayPal, and these I have included in the plugin PayPal Pro. but the assistance of PayPal, after checking my site, says it is not proper data entry. these must be requested at the PayPal website pro and not on my site

what should I do?

Can you provide a screenshot of the settings of your paypal pro plugin (blur the sensitive information) and describe what issue you have on your checkout with paypal pro ?

The goal of the PayPal Pro plugin is to request the credit card details on your website and not on PayPal's website.
If you want that the customer's credit card is requested on PayPal's website, you can configure instead the PayPal plugin (not the PRO one) and that will redirect the user to PayPal where he will be able to enter his credit card information.

I spoke with the assistance of paypal, I recommend to do as you told me, because the plugin in question is programmed to work with paypal British and American, not Italian.
they suggested to duplicate the plugin paypal (not PRO), so that the front end I may have an option that redirects paypal free and that redirects to paypal pro.
it is possible to duplicate the plugin?

There is no need to duplicate the paypal plugin. There are already two different plugins (the PRO and the not PRO). So simply configure both.

Yes, but the PRO version is only for UK and USA API integration. The tech support paypal's of Italy said that the only way to use the PRO version of paypal with Hikashop is to redirect the free version paypal paypal pro. Having to use this plugin to correct a mistake, I have to duplicate it so you have 2 plugins that redirect to the paypal site (the one that free and PRO).
In fact, the tech support gave me the link to replace in the plugin paypal free, so be redirected to paypal pro. For this reason I would like to duplicate the plugin. one with a link to paypal free, one with links to paypal pro.

I'm sorry but I do not understand what you are saying.
All the PayPal plugins we offer are free, even the PayPal Pro plugin.
What is the link that you received ?
