ALL articles displayed under category listing menu

For a menu item "categories listing" I display correctly the categories and could select one category and display the products. UNFORTUNATELY ALL the products are displayed UNDER the categories. I try to change the setting of the "Associate module with the categories listing". I Try to select a "dummy" category but no change. Thank you for your help.

I think this was due to a mixing of deleted menu Items "categories listing"; I suppressed them, and also all their "associated module" and now it's seems to work. If you experienced the same situation, thanks to let us now
