Zone issue: Country and state don't match

Can someone take a look at pswcon-ed.ca/course/checkout/cart_type-cart ?

State doesn't display states from Canada, instead a bunch of other country's states.

I had the same with my Dutch country. I got french states. I removed the state field as a quick fix (display, own fields).

thanks for your feedback ronorw, I can't believe this is a critical step in an e-commerce solution, is this a bug or I miss used the product?

Thanks guys, I worked it around by adding another country US, and switch in between, now default values are being loaded properly.

In custom filed on address, it shows a bunch of default states from another country, how can I choose default states for Canada?

Default country is already Canada.
