Hi,

It is a Joomla problem.
Please check your Joomla email configuration. You currently use the "PHP Mail" option but it does not work on your server.
Prefer SMTP (or sendmail, but SMTP is better).

Thank You!

I changed it to SMTP. Now, when I repeat the action, the first message has gone but now it says "the following from address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. failed"

Any idea?

You need to contact your hosting company and ask them how to properly configure your Joomla email settings for their servers.
We can't tell you exactly as it is different for each hosting company.

Thanks.

It is just very strange that it has been working just fine with the original settings until now!

Maybe your hosting company change something in the setup of their email servers if it was working before and you didn't touch the settings of Joomla.
