How to show the cheapest price?

Hi!

In my store I have two characteristics for each product, one is size and the other is material.. I don't have any price for the product, just for the characteristics. In the configuration I have set "display cheapest price". Everything is ok so far..
But when I go to the product listing for a category in the front-end, some products are showing the cheapest price and some are not although the products (and characteristics) are made exactly the same way.

Help appreciated! Thanks!

Hi,

I think that the solution would be to set a default characteristic value through the default value option of the characteristic tab of your product page.

Hope this will help you a little.

Thanks for the reply!

I forgot to tell you that I have set the same default value to all products. It doesn't change anything.

Ok, so can you show me screenshots of one of your product's configuration page and give me a link to this product's page for testing purpose ?

The best solution will be to :
- Set the cheapest price of your variants through your main product price
- Set a price for each variant.

Then it should display the "main product price" through the product listing.
