Prices are wrong Content module

If you select a product category from the menu (i.e. camera bags) you'll see they are $74.99. The same when you go to the product description. However if you click on the same category on the HikaShop Content module on the homepage and choose Camera bags you'll see the price is $4.50 higher. All the products listed when going through that method are higher than the actual cost. What am I missing?

Hi,

Thanks to check if it's not due to a discount applied on one category.
Or maybe a tax rule.

It's not a discount since it ADDS money to the cost. And it only happens on links that go through the module on the front page.

Could you please provide a link to these products?
Maybe it's not the same product.

That's indeed a strange behavior. But it may come from your modules/menus' configuration.
So could you please post the configuration of your content menu and module which display these items?
Also, a screenshot of the product configuration could help.

Hi,

On the links of your products listing of your post #109194, the difference is that you're not using the same products listing module.
I can see three different products listings modules, with the ids: 113 114 and 115.
Please go in the menu Display->Content modules, edit each module and make sure that each option is configured the same and you will then have the same prices everywhere (make sure that you flush your website cache, if any, after changing the options).

That fixed it. I think the toughest thing about Hikashop is it's use of modules and what module goes where.

How can you tell what module id is being displayed?

Hi,

We are not soothsayer, we just read the HTML content. The name of the module mains elements give the id number.

I was thinking you were all a roving band of gypsies. :-) I don't know why that obvious pieces of info didn't come to me...maybe I shouldn't work Sundays too. :-) Thanks again!!!
