Hi there!

I'm having an issue with coupons. The coupon is simply not processed, the site is not responding, independent if the coupon code is existing or not.

On the other questions about coupons here in the forum I didn't find a solution.

What could be the reason?

Here is the shop: www.filicaja.it/index.php/en/filicajas-webshop/product/listing

Joomla cache is disabled.

Here the screenshot of the chechout config.

Thanks,
Julia

Hi,

What do you mean by your coupon "is not processed" ? If you want it to be directly applied before the checkout and without entering a coupon code, you'll probably have to use a discount and not a coupon :).
Here is a link to the documentation for more information.

Hope this will help you a little.

Hi,

when I enter a coupon code at the respective checkout step it happens nothing. Independent if the coupon is existing or not.

Thanks,
Julia

Ok,

Can you give me a temporary access to you website for testing purpose through a private message ?

Thanks.

The problem was coming from how you configured you checkout workflow through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout", now it's working fine.

Thank you. I tried it and it worked also for me.

I have seen that you put everything (adress, shipping, payment etc) in one screen. Does it have to be like this?

no you can configure it like you want to, you'll just have to replace the '_' by ',' for example.

Ah, thanks.

I'm trying to understand the issue: The critical point is the order of the different elements...? They have to be in a certain order (here: login_address_fields_shipping_status_payment_coupon_cart_confirm) to let it work..?

Sure you can use it like this for example, then you'll have one action per step : login,address,fields,payment,status,coupon,shipping,cart_confirm,end
