Hi All,
The voting capabilities of Hikashop aren't working on my site. Instead of the row of stars I get a drop down with possible values, and votes aren't registered.
I read in other threads that this is probably a javascript issue. I can't figure out which script is causing the problem though. I believe that the only script that is loaded into the standard Hikashop ones, is the script that displays my frontpage slideshow. When I disable the slideshow component the problem with the votes still exists though.

Right now the votes are displayed twice on my product pages. Once below the product title, and once in the comments section at the bottom of the description. Is this the usual behaviour? I know that the votes below the product title can be edited in the view product__show_default. I cannot figure out which view controls the layout of the comments section though. I'd like to change the order of the comment area, so that the input for the vote is displayed below the input field for the comment. How do I do this?

An example of a product display can be seen here , and my settings are as follows:

Kind regards,
Chris

Hi,

The rating stars are displayed after the dom is loaded, but in your case there is an error during the dom so they can't be loaded.
The error seems to come from a conflict between jQuery and Mootools.

Thanks to try to install jQuery easy: extensions.joomla.org/extensions/core-en...jquery-scripts/18327

It's normal to be displayed twice, the comment view is called too in the view "product / show_default" and you can edit the comment view in "vote / listing" for the listing of comments and "vote / form" for the form.
