Add quick list?

Hi can anybody please tell me how can i add the functionality of quicklist like in www.localkiranastore.com you will find quick list option in right hand side.i want the same functionality and also please tell me how a customer can edit his previous order and send again

The first thing is quicklist
Quicklist is like every product has a checkbox user just click all the checkboxes of required product and click on add to cart and all the product gets added to cart and second thing is once a order is send by the user and next day he wants to send the same order but with some modifications then he must be able to edit it.how these functionality can be added?

We have quite similar option in the main configuration. You just have to select "Globals on Listing" for the "Display the quantity field on the product page" option in the configuration (System>Configuration>Main>Product).
About the second point, you can only edit an order in the backend and send a mail to the customer to alert him.

I can not see any option like product under System>Configuration>Main>
