Change the views references to custom template

Hi,

I recently upgraded my hikashop version and lost all the changes i made tho the views (template files). What is the correct way to copy these over to my custom template folder and references the files from that location please?

How to edit a view is explained here:

When editing from the Views menu, the changes will not be lost when updating.

Thanks for your response. I just copied the template files from components/com_hikashop/views/products/tpl/ to MY_TEMPLATE_FOLDER/com_hikashop/products/
