How upgrade Jomla 1.5 and Hikashop

Hi,
I have a big problem with my joomla site and Hikashop. I have to upgrade my joomla 1.5 to 2.5 and I would to upgrade Hikashop too without lost data. How can I do this? Is there a way to integrate all the changes I made in the upgraded site?
Please help me.

Hi,

HikaShop is compatible with all the versions of Joomla.
So if you have recent version of HikaShop, simply update your Joomla to 2.5 and HikaShop will continue to work with it and you won't loose the data in HikaShop.
If you have an old version of HikaShop which doesn't support Joomla 2.5, then update HikaShop first and then update Joomla.

1.5.1 is a really old version! Are you sure that's your version?
Even if it is supposed to be compatible with joomla 2.5, I would advise to first update Hikashop and then update Joomla.
But be sure Hikashop is still working before this step because it's big update you're going to make.
