Category tree doesn't import correctly

Very new to Hikashop but not to importing/exporting. I have a couple of parent catergories with many children categories but they don't seem to keep the same structure when I import them.

The sites are both Joomla 2.5.11 and the Hika version for both is the same as well (2.1.3)

Any ideas on what happened when it imported?? Half of them arent even there and the parent categories didnt show up at all....and they are all scattered. Sure i can just enter in the catergories but the items I had in some of them didnt import...
