account activated mail plain -> html

Hi,

The "user account" is being sent in HTML format which is great. But after the admin approves the account, the customer gets a mail that the account is activated but this is in plain text. Is there a way to also have this in html format. So that the messages have the same font/layout.
This was a request from the client himself. They want the (shop)customers to have the same kind of message to show consistency otherwise it might not look professional to first get a html mail and then a plain text mail.

You should take a look at the different email in System>Email and check if the second mail you are talking about has the "Send HTML" option set to yes.

The second mail is the mail that the customer get's when the admin approves the account.
Since I can't see this in the e-mailtemplates in hikashop I can only assume this a default joomla mail.

Can this still be shown in html. Otherwise it's strange to have one mail from hikashop in html and another mail in plain text.

Indeed, it's probably a Joomla's email.
However it's not possible to edit it directly, you'll need a Joomla email customization plugin.
