Find Total Amount of Products

In the Hikashop admin area, where can I find a total of number of products that are entered in the cart please?

Go in the products listing, change the "direct sub elements" dropdown to "all sub elements" and you will have a listing of all the products with a pagination. Simply look at the pagination and you will see the total number of results.

Language a little confusing, where may I change verbiage [language] for "All sub elements" to "List All Products" please?
