Add characteristics

Hi there,

This is de first time I use Hikashop. I want to add characteristics, because I have products with different weights and I don't want to add them as different products. When I click the 'add' button I see the following:



I don't understand how I can add characteristics in this way.

I hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance.

Hikashop Essential 2.2.3

Hi there,

You have to create your characteristics first trough the menu Products>Characteristics.
Do not hesitate to take a look at our documentation for more information ;) www.hikashop.com/fr/support/documentation.html
