Modify Category Display

I am still working on improving the look of this page babyteethingnecklace.com.au/index.php/products-for-sale

You can see up the top there are the 4 links to the product category pages. What I would like to do is have more control over how they display so I can make a nice list, and insert some text too such as:

Sort products by: Category 1 - Category 2 - Category 3 - Category 4

I think that you'll be able to do that by using a category filter ("Hikashop->Display->Filters") through your product listing.
Note that filters are only available through the business version of Hikashop.
