VAT payment type charge

Hi,

is it possible to calculate VAT over the payment type charge? Now for instance if I add € 2,50 to "HikaShop check payment" plugin, it is including VAT (I have to pay taxes over the Payment Type charge here) so would like to calculate VAT tax amount over the Payment type charge and show it in the total VAT amount. (just like the VAT amout of shipping cost is added to the VAT total)
Is this possible?
