Single products

I am making a shop that sells one off products. Is it possible to:

1. Make the default quantity of all products as '1'
2. Hide the message '1 items in stock'
3. Once a product sold, can it be automatically unpublished?

Hi,

1. I think that you'll be able to do that by creating your products, then exporting them through a CSV file, and finaly you'll just have to edit your products quantity and import your CSV file.
2.Sure, you'll just have to edit your language file through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Language" and edit the good translation word.
3. Yes by putting the "Display out of stock products" option to NO through the "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Display" page.
