Remove order creation email

The client has asked to remove the email that gets sent when an order is created. This is the one that gets sent before going to the payment gateway:

We are pleased to confirm the creation of your order No. T2G1A0F018 at xxx.co.nz/ on the 05 July 2013 at 02:47
SUMMARY OF YOUR ORDER

How do we disable this email?

Just go in System>Email and unpublish the emain you don't want

Thanks for helping me, I cannot see a "System > Email" menu, can you show me a screenshot where to find it or a url?

Same as in the other topic, I'm talking about Hikashop main menu, not about the configuration.

So would that be Components > Hikashop > Configuration > System? as I can't see where to turn off the emails in this area

You'll be able to do that through "Component->Hikashop->System->Emails" :

I can't see this menu, please see the screenshot for what is visible in Joomla! 3.0 and Hikashop 2.1.0

Changed from Isis to Hathor and the layout broke! What template do we need to use to make Hikashop work properly? Please appreciate this is getting quite urgent now. Is there a support option where we can give you guys the login details and get you to make the change for us?

Thanks Nicolas, I have found the problem to be caused by JSN Power Admin. I have found the setting and it is working as requested. Thanks for your help.
