Mp3 file download not working

Hello,

I have added a free mp3 download product to my site. This works fine, as there is a download link on the product page and no 'add to cart'.

However, when I test a priced mp3 download, I add it to the cart, pay through papal and nothing happens...there is no download file link.


Any help on this much appreciated.

I think that when your product have a price, the download file will be available only through your customer order confirmed notification mail or in the last version of Hikashop through the your customer download space.

I think that your customer confirmation mail is already supposed to be sent regarding your orders status .

that's strange because I have been testing the shop and haven't received any email confirmations.

Is there anywhere to enable/disable customer confirmation email?

Maybe because I do not have the login/registration enabled?

Hi there,

Just go in your order manager and check the order status.
You can also edit it and pass it to confirmed to see if the download become available.
If you have the last Hikashop version, there is a "notify customer" checkbox which will send him an email.
