Direct link to product page with chosen attribute

Hello,

Is it possible to create absolute direct link to product page with predefined attribute?
Example :
We have custom attribute : "Power Adapter"
http://www.solid-run.com/store/products/3-cubox-pro-miniature-computer

Result I'm looking for:
Customer comes from external site to product page. Product already have "Euro" adapter chosen.

The characteristic is changed through a JavaScript function so I don't think that this will be possible without some custom code.
