Breadcrumbs not displaying properly

In my sites main menu I have a "Products" page that's a hikashop category listing.

When I click on products and then navigate thru the subcategories on the page Breadcrumbs will show.

However I'd like for my Mainmenu "Products" to have a dropdown and list all subcategories so I can directly go to them.

When I click on the subcategory directly after hovering over "Products", I do not get breadcrumbs. What's even more strange is when I use the regular method above I get breadcrumbs after navigating to the "Products" category listing, but if I choose any subcategory that has a hikashop category listing in the mainmenu, it will not show breadcrumbs.

Can anyone shed some light on this situation? Should I be making the subcatgories in menus as category listings?

I'd like for breadcrumbs to show properly no matter how I navigate and also would like to keep the dropdown main menu.

Also, please let me know if there's any additional information I should provide to help investigate the situation.

Can you tell me if did you set the Module Assignment option of your breadcrumb module configuration page to On all pages ?
Regarding your sub-menu question, I think that you'll just have to create sub-menus through your Joomla menu manager.

Oh my gosh! Thank you Mohamed. I can't believe I overlooked something so simple. I think I was just to focused thinking about Hikashop I forgot about all my other modules and their menu assignments.

Everything is working great now!

Problem solved

Edit: For other people that may have run into this problem. Please check to make sure the Breadcrumbs module you are using has had its Menu Assignment to be placed on all pages that you would like them to be on. The default template or any other templates you may import into Joomla may have the "on selected pages" option.
