How to make the module "latest comments" to show the latest comments on all goods?

There is actually no module for that, but you can create a HikaShop module.

You have to get the entries from the table "#__hikashop_vote", and then display the desired content.
To have the same display than in the view, you can load the layout of the view "vote / listing".
