No Pop up add to cart after upgrade

After upgrading to hs business the pop up for displaying when à product is added to the cart isnt showing anymore. It seems like the other options "what to do when a product is added to cart" are all out of function because they dont react to changes.

An other strange thing is that the facebook icon is not showing while the other social buttons are displaying properly.

It must be due to the upgrade because i wasnt facing these problems before.

1. Regarding your add to cart problem, How did you set your "After a product is added to the cart" option ? Where are you exactly facing this problem ? through a product page, a product listing ?


2. I think that reading this thread will probably help you.

1. Obviously, i set this option (config>main>cart>after a product is added to cart) to "stay and show popup message", but unfortunately the popup won't show up when I put a product in the shopping cart. Like I said, before the upgrade everything worked just fine. And i didn't make any changes to the front end css file. These other options aren't working eather.

2. The same for the FB icon. I red the info provided by the url you send me, the site is still on localhost but before the upgrade the icon was showing without a prob.

Could you try to open the debugger of your browser (by right clicking in the page and selecting "inspect element" you should be able to have a console with the errors).
I thinks it's a javascript error which cause these issues but it's hard to tell without an access to the website.

I tried the debugger but cant find any javascript errors...

In configuration > Display, try to change the value of the option "Popup mode".

I tried al three options, but without any effect.

I think we'll need a link to your website in order to observe this issue.

It just need some css now

Hi. True. I found a solution for popup to show yestrday late in the evening. But now I am trying to edit CSS, but my CSS file template.css doesnt load in popup. Any idea why?

Solved: it was component.php file missing in my template...

@Konc what did you do to show the popup (product add to cart)? I am still struggeling with this issue...

I actually just changed option in system/configuration/main/cart/"After a product is added to the cart". I changed that before too, but somewhere else and now I dont remember exactly where it was. Definitely it was different path than above.
