customer purchase confirmation e-mail not sending

Hi! I'm testing the site I'm building and have been able to complete several purchases: I've received the order creation e-mail to my admin account, can see the successful orders in the Hikashop back end and have checked that the PayPal transaction was successful, which it has been every time. And all the appropriate emails are published in the back end.

The problem is that I (as the test user) don't receive the order status email in any of the test email accounts I'm using. These are all for digital file products, so getting the email with the download link is crucial.

Would you be able to test it by purchasing a product and seeing if you receive the right email?

Just click on any of the "ADD TO CART" buttons to add a 5 cent product and go through the process. I can refund your purchase through PayPal after it's done.

Hi,

The question is: Are the orders status confirmed ?

If they aren't, it means that you have an issue with the payment notification, and I invite you to review that documentation:

If they are, then it means that the problem is the the sending of the email itself. If you receive the order admin notification, then, it can't be an issue with the configuration of the email settings of the joomla configuration or the hikashop configuration. So all that's left is the order status notification which is sent to the user after the order is confirmed. Maybe you modified it or disabled it via the menu System>Emails ?
