Page headings do not appear in some circumstances

Hi There

I have been building this website for over a year and I can't recall some of the things I did early on in my initial set up (so I may very well have messed something up - like deleting the associated modules etc. because I still don't fully understand what they are or do...)

But any way... My current problem is I have a Joomla Menu item that points to the root of my Product Category and when I view that top level of my store (using that Joomla Menu Item I just mentioned) I don't see a heading on that page (like H1 or H2 or something similar). But when I select one of the categories from the list on that page OR from the Hikashop Content Module I have set up (as a menu on the right) - that next level of category does show a page title using the class hikashop_category_description_content. But when I click on one of those sub categories to view the products, I am back to not having a page heading again.

I can turn on "Display Heading" in the menu item (I think) but then it duplicates it on the pages mentioned above where the hikashop_category_description_content is being displayed.

Any help would be really appreciated.

I didn't completely understood your problem, can you explain it through some screenshots for example or is it possible to have a link to the page where you are facing this problem for testing purpose ?

Sure, I think that the problem is coming from the fact that you didn't set a category description for all product categories, so you should for example set a description for the "Product category" category through "Hikashop->Products->Category".
Then the "page heading" should come back for the first link that you gave me ("Top Level Product Page").
