500 - View not found [name, type, prefix]: hikashopbridge, html, hikashopbridgeView
You may not be able to visit this page because of:

an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
a mistyped address
you have no access to this page
The requested resource was not found.
An error has occurred while processing your request.



This error was hit when registration of new user after i upgrade to hika business

please advise what could be done

p/s : user registration can be found in backend but they was lead to this error and thought register fail

With the new package the error was fixed but there is another problem

after user registration user are not logged in and were not redirect to the article i set in configuration, it just stay on a blank page with logout and welcome messges

another error?


my consent : how come business version got more problem than free version =="

Hi,

The issue was the same with the Starter edition and the Business edition.
This was a bug of the 2.2 version of HikaShop that we fixed since then.

Regarding the fact that you don't have a welcome message after the registration that's probably because of your template which doesn't display messages:

Such issue is not related to HikaShop and you should already have had the problem with the Starter edition. There is no option in HikaShop to configure a redirection URL after registration, so there is no redirection. That's normal.

ok, maybe my last sentence upset u and make u din read carefully on my problem

1) after registration, status was logout instead of logged in, i was sure that there has no this problem before i upgrade

2) after registration, welcome messages was shown, but it lead user to a blank page instead of the page i assign, if i disable hikashop user plugin, joomla works well on this and of coz this lead to another problem, and it is also logged out status as i mentioned above

if u insist this is not hikashop problem, then i have nothg to say and is really regret to have this upgrade which spoilt my live system

Hi,

I'm not upset at all and I read your message carefully. I'm just telling you how it has always worked. I've written the code myself so I know how it works and worked before, believe me.

1. That's not possible. There has never been an auto login feature in the registration page of HikaShop. Not in the Starter edition, not in the Business edition, not in previous versions, not in the current version. HikaShop's registration page has always worked like joomla's registration page which doesn't log you in automatically after the registration process.
There is specially a plugin for that for joomla registration available on the JED and we actually created one recently for someone else for HikaShop's registration. So you can use it if you want:

2. Again, there is no option in HikaShop to configure a redirection URL after registration, so there is no redirection. That's normal. It has always been like that.
Now, if you want to have a redirection after the registration process of HikaShop, that's possible. We've actually already helped other people add that in their HikaShop:

Note that since then it's now simpler as you can directly add the redirect code in the file "after_register" via the menu Display->Views and you won't loose your changes when you update HikaShop.

I have version 2.2.0 and am receiving this error as well: View not found [name, type, prefix]: hikashopbridge, html, hikashopbridgeView

Right now, using Starter version to make sure it's what we need, but need help with this error please.
