its the product "thumbnails" I guess they are small .jpg images so you can see what the product is, for example an engine product would have a picture of the engine. The images should be where the default "barcode" images are (in the middle those big thingys are supposed to have pictures on them)

here is a picture on how it looks like.

Ok, so you should just go to your product page and add your product picture through the "Images" tab.

but no :( I had them all in the CSV file because I have over 2000 products and I really really dont want to add them manually.. every single product is associated to an image through the CSV so is there nowhere I can paste all the images in my ftp or maybe i have to upload them all to Joomla for them to show up? if not then its mighty stupid of even having an image tab in the CVS files :(

If you have correctly set your CSV file your products should have their associated pictures, you should then probably export your products, edit the CSV file with the good link to your product pictures, and then import it again.

No they dont have their associated picture because the original CVS file come from another Joomla version, they are associated with the right image name what I want to do is upload the images somewhere so they find the right one and appear on my site.

If I understood what you want, you should just have to upload your images in media/com_hikashop/upload
Then the images should be automatically associated to your products.
