Copy categories and products to another website

Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to copy (transfer) the different categories and products to another website I have without re-creating everything?

Hi there,

You can indeed use the export function of Hikashop.
To do so, just go in your product listing (in the backend) and click on the export button.
If you have a lot of product, you can also export the tables ###_hikashop_product, ###_hikashop_category, ###_hikashop_product_category from your database and reimport them on your new website.

OK I see that. So I will try to do that. I have around 100 items.
1- It is ok to use the export function?
2- Is the export function exporting in the same time the categories?
3- If not, I suppose that it is necessary to recreate the categories before to import?

Yes you can use the export function, it will export the categories too.
