How to customize the e-mail which is send after a product is purchased? And where can i find the settings to change the e-mail.

The emails can be personalized via the menu System>Emails in the Business edition.
Otherwise, you can edit the files directly in the folder media/com_hikashop/mail of your website, but beware that unlike with the interface of the Business edition, you will loose your changes when you update hikaShop so make sure that you do a backup.

In business edition. which file to edit? under system -> emails.

Hi,

"Order creation notification" for the creation.
"Order status notification" for the modification of the order (when the order status changed).
