Delete brand category

Is there a way to delete a brand category? I am trying to simplify everything because I installed the Hikamarket

Hi,
Sure you'll be able to do that through the brands listing page : "Hikashop->Products->Brands"

Can i Delete the Brand directory itself?

No, note that the Brand directory is used by the Hikashop system, so you'll only be able to delete the brands that YOU have created :).
