Send a copy of customer emails to admin

Hi,

Can't see where to do this, but i would like to send a copy of the customer email to the admin. looked in emails and in configuration. The problem is that the full email is shown to the customer, however the business don't want to login each time to get the details of the order, they would just like to see the same email as the customer, and they only want it when payment has been made, not when an order has been placed.
