Selling customised PDFs

I am looking at the possibility of selling customised PDFs. These would be pretty simple, but would need a personal message (from a custom item field) added to the PDF before downloading.

Is this something that Hikashop (business) could do without any major custom development?

I don't think that you'll be able to do it without some custom development, every custom fields value are stocked into the database, so you'll have to fetch this value and add it to your pdf file.
