Popup Display and FB widget display

Hello,

I have turned on the option of Show the Popup when add product to cart, but at my site if you add product to cart it shows no popup... only in one case if you SEARCH something in the store (link provided above) then the screen comes up and there it does show that Popup but not any where else.

Also when customers are logged in to website only then Facebook gadget is showed but not on home page or any where else. althogh gadget is on at ALL pages.

I am not very expert in this, How do I install Jquery? Can you help please?

This error is not related to Hikashop. It comes from the Facebook module (?) you are using.
We can't help you on this, you should contact the extension's developers an fix this issue which prevent the popup to work.

Actually I am not sure because you see Jquery is installed and eabled... mootools are installed and enables as well.
but at all pages of my site the ADD TO CART POP-UP is NOT displaying and also facebook widget is not dispalying.

It looks like you have a lot of errors comming from Mootools and Jquery.
It might be a conflict between this two so you should try to install jqueryEasy and see if it fixes the problem.
But once again, it's not related to Hikashop so you should also seek for help somewhere else

Thats what i mentioned that Jquery Easy is installed and enabled.

Should i just disable Moo-tools ?

Mootools is probably used by some of your component.
I can't really help you more on this since it's a conflict between your plugins and it doesn't come from hikashop. Try to seek for some help on a joomla forum. You can try to disable mootools though but with a clean install and jquery easy it should work.
