menu that can show brand & type

Hi,

i need to create a mobile site just like this one whymobile.com/home.php
main page i can show all product. so that not problem

under menu - New whymobile.com/product.php?type=NEW
the side got a side menu which list brand &Category
but the brand or Category will only show product that have type of NEW of that brand or Category
ex : whymobile.com/product.php?brand=APL&type=NEW

i unable to find anyway do, Please advice me is hika able to do it ?

The solution will probably be to use Filters (creating filters and a filter module will probably do the job).
