Add feild to mail

The last few days have been trying to get my delivery on the simple products showcased at the emails Hikashop send out to my customers.

But now I read and read one forum thread after another without getting redirected to my problem.
I would like to have my field "Leveringstid" displayed on my e-mail
On my fort-end it looks very good

So how to do
