change and add emails

-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.27
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : none

1. I want to change the current text of the emails send by the shop when a customer places an order? Where can I do that?
2. I want to add more emails to customers who placed orders on the site; is that possible in the free version? For example an email when the order is shipped or an email after shipping wether the customer is satisfied with his order?

Hi,

1. The best is to use the language override if you just want to change some text.
www.hikashop.com/download/languages.html#modify

2. The email when the order is shipped will be done by the "order notification email", like other order status modifications.
You just have to check the option "notify customer" when you change the order status. You can otherwise use the "e-mail" button.
For the "satisfied with his order", I don't know what you mean but I will recommend you newsletter components (Acymailing) for extended emailing features.
