No shopping cart displayed

Hello all,

I'm new to Hikashop...
I am working on a website where i want to sell tickets .
Got a lot working, but i don't like it that i have to approve all the buyers when they sign up.
And when i do and go back to my order (by LINK in email) the order doesn't show..
And also i don't see a shoopping cart displayed..
Anyone can help me?
(Am from Holland, speak Dutch,German and English)

Now for the final question...
I have found this module: extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extensi...hop-extensions/23517
It's a plugin, got it activated, but don't know where to find it to make some tickets, or how to send the tickets to the customers...
The demo doesn't work...so i can't see much..(It is just for selling probably less then 30 tickets per year)

The "ETickets for Hikashop" wasn't developed by us so the best solution will be to directly contact the "ETickets for Hikashop " support.
Also, note that you can also use the "Hikaserial" extension which was developed by the Hikashop team : www.hikashop.com/extensions/hikaserial/product.html
