How to custom mail notifications?

Hello,

I wish customize automatic email notification for a purchase performed and for a order with Confirmed status. I wish modifie the text in the end part of the email.
How I do this?
I've been modifying some of the templates in HikaShop / System / Emails, but seems to have no effect.

In specially, I wish delete the text of the phone verification.
