Who should I register my subcription to?

Hi Hikashop crew !

Here's the scenario:
I'm a developer , making a website with Hikashop and I need to buy the Business license.

So, should I :

a) buy it under the clients name and address ( create an account for the client)
or
b) just buy it myself( usign my user account) and register it to the client's site?
or
c) it doesn't really matter.

Hi,

I think the best is the solution A (buy it under the client name).
But you can also use the solution B and if your client need his independence for the updates etc ; we still have the possibility to migrate the license to another account (with some proof for sure).
