-- HikaShop version -- : 3.6 business
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4

Tool tips are not working in the backend of HIKA shop - in Chrome or Firefox.

How do I fix this?

I'm sorry but I don't understand your problem or your screenshot.
Please note that HikaShop 3.6 does not exist.

My problem is that when i roll over the settings in the back of HIKA, the tooltips done show.

I there a setting to turn them on and off?

There is no more screenshots in your last messages ; please provide one in order to illustrate your issue.
Could you also confirm what version of Joomla you're using ? 3.4.5 ? 3.4.4 ? another one ?

There is no screenshot for this.
Essentially if I roll over a setting in the back end, a tooltip is supposed to appear with guidance on what that setting does. This doesn't happen. How do we fix it?

We are using Chrome - Version 46.0.2490.86 (64-bit)

How do you know that a tooltip is supposed to appear ?
How can you saying that there is a bug for something you can't illustrate, describe or show ?
How do you want a fix from us for something where is no bug ?

Hi Jerome,

We are currently trying out two different e-commerce extensions, so we may be getting a bit confused.

We were under the impression that HIKA provided tooltips in the admin area to provide instruction about each of the settings - are we correct in thinking that?

If so, the tooltips don't appear to work in Firefox or Chrome. Is there something we can do to fix this?

Like I introduced in my previous message : there is no tooltip in the backend HikaShop configuration.
But we have a really nice and useful "HELP" button in the toolbar.
