Hi,

I suppose that this means that the "specialty pizza" category is under the "default tax category" for some reason.
I would recommend to first check your categories in the menu Products>Categories.

Hello,

Can you provide a screenshot of your category tree, I mean this :

Because if your category or product is in the category "Default tax category", your result is quite normal.
Awaiting more elements from you to be able to help you.

Regards

Hi,

Try clicking on the "rebuild" button of the categories listing.
If that doesn't help, edit the "specialty pizza" category, make sure that its parent category is the "product category" category and save it once. Then, click on the rebuild button and check if that helps.

If not, I'm afraid we would need a backend access in order to check on the situation directly.
