How to add small icon to the side of the special item

Hello,
my client (restaurant ) has a category for specials, and he want to add an small icon on the side when you buy this special you are saving 2 dollars or for example ***2 Pizzas 16" and 12" Thin Crust, Cheese and 1 Topping Only $22.45 Save $8.30 ***

but not necessarily has to be the same exact , i was trying to say the same concept, thanks
