product review via email Acymailing

Hello,

We want to start working with Acymailing, but we have a question about it.

We want to send the customer an automatic email 3 days after purchase to assess the purchased product.

My question: is it possible to remove the ordered product from the database and place it within Acymailing? So we can create an email, for example: "Dear [name], you recently made a purchase from us of the product(s) below: [listing product(s)]
We would like to receive your review...etc."

Hi,

I hope Michiel also sees this reply as i also purchased acymailing for this and now discover no one i hired can set this up and most freelancers won't even work with acymailing as they all use mailchimp.
It's, i need to say, a very expensive purchase for how little and unintuitive functions acymailing has.

Did you get acymailing to tell you how to set this up?
The time i emailed them they were not helpful at all.
