Guest Checkout User Fields

Hello,

I think I have messed up a little bit the way Guest checkout works and the custom fields.

I have set up the e-shop as you can see at the link shared. On top you see the Guest email address and below all data related to addresses (billing and shipping).
My problem started as I can not subscribe a user to my newsletter (Acymailing latest version). It appears there and seems like working but no.. And I think the reason is that the data address_name address_last_name are not related actually with the user info. At my orders, I see at the user info only the email address but not his name.
When I try to create at custom fields the user_name filed it mentions that this exists. How can I add it to show, below the guest email address?

Does my checkout process seems correct? E-shop will go public soon and I am not sure If I have understood what I am doing there!!

EDIT: I think I managed to make subscription to work, I had some different settings to plugin for the lists and to the Acymailing subscription settings..
So actually my problem is solved, I don't mind have user name at addresses table..
