Changing the word with Taxes

I am using Hikashop with Falang (French, English). So far it works fine.

In the Cart prices without taxes in French are labeled prix Hors Taxes which is correct.
In English it says excl VAT ( I would like to change that to Prices excl taxes, since we do not have a VAT in Quebec)

I have not found the plale to do that, would appreciate help here.
