Cart shows shipping before address is entered

-- Joomla version -- : Joomla! 3.9

Hi, i would like to ask why is the shipping method is showing even the user is not logged in or entered address?

Hello,

By default the first shipping method is selected, the first one in your shipping method order :

So basically, it's the way HikaShop is build, note the the checkout is highly customizable in order to arrange way your different blocks are displayed.
