Downloads menu gives error

The menu with the link index.php?option=com_hikashop&view=user&layout=downloads gives an error : Call to a member function get() on null

I wasn't able to reproduce on our end, can you give us a temporary :
- Access to your back-end
- FTP access
- test account with which you are encountering that issue

I think your issue is coming from the fact that you installed an HikaShop starter version.

As explained through the attached screenshot, the "Enable customer download area" option is available in both the essential and business version of Hikashop.

In your case, a solution can be to directly download the last version of the HikaShop essential version through our website, install it and test it again.
