Can i add the hika_cpanel_side_bar to the "Addresses" page also?

Hi,

No. This is not possible dynamically.
Still, you can copy the HTML generated for that area (from your browser's inspector on the control panel) and add it to the address / listing view file via the menu Display>Views and a few tweaks to adapt it to the view and you should be able to get the result you seek.
It requires knowledge in CSS / HTML though.
