Install of hikashop 2.3.3 makes site goes blank

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.2.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.3-7+squeeze19
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : FF latest
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : NO error message, Not even with debug set to on, and error reporting set to max

Just installed hikashop 2.3.3.

As the title says, after install the site is just blank...

Setting debug and error reporting to max dont show anything, just a white page...

Please help getting this to work.

Ive got the same problem..... see log

Is it caused by looking for default.php which doesn't exist

My error log shows nothing...My apache errorlog says:

my site hangs at: streamingaustralia.com.au/index.php/comp...p/product/updatecart

With error.... Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JViewLegacy in /home/streamingaustral/public_html/plugins/system/jat3/jat3/core/joomla/viewlegacy.php on line 711

The strange thing is, that I have nothing, shoppage, modules etc loaded on the frontpage, from hika shop. (exept for menulink in the sites main menu)
The link to the shop categories, is set to "special" until we get this sorted. that means when users is not logged in, OR is logged in as registred users, the frontpage works fine....
when logging in as user with special rights (the shop link gets visible), the page goes white.....

Please advise and help

@clayman9: The problem don't come from HikaShop, try to disable the jat3 plugin, and the site sould be working fine again.

@121261: Please try to disable you module fcgid and try again. Don't seem to be an HikaShop issue.

Can anybody help -
bought both hikashop business and serial, but I CANT USE IT.... (see problem above)

Even tried to raise the Allowed memory size to tvice the size, but that dont help either.

Please advise and help

Apache Module mod_fcgid provides for execution of FastCGI applications, So thats not an option to disable that...The whole site runs through this apache module, actually all sites on the sever runs through this. !!

Any help at all ?????????

As I wrote in an earlier post:
On the server:
Display error messages set to yes

In Joomla:
debug set to yes
Error reporting set to Development

NOTHING SHOWS - JUST A WHITE PAGE...

I hope someone can help me from hikashop, since I´m not a developer, so If I cant make it work, I will have to ask for a refund on the hikashop business and serial component, and go another route...
